Mom, We’re making a Statue, and we call it StaChew.

Together with a good friend and awesome creative: Stefan Apswoude we came up with the first Statue that reduces the amount of gum on the streets of Amsterdam. Why a statue you might ask. Well, we like weird funny projects, and this is one of them. 

We presented this to the board of the Amsterdam Awesome Foundation and they gave us the first funding for this project. After that, a long proces started. Finally we found the right people at the gemeente Amsterdam, who were cool enough to fund the whole project. Location of the Statue, I mean StaChew: Plein 40-45 in Amsterdam west.
